How to Claim
In order to claim the Amazon Echo Show device, customers must fully complete the online Claim Form, (including product E-nr and FD numbers, and consumer reference number), which is available at www.MySiemensRewards.co.uk. Alternatively, customers can telephone the freephone helpline on 0800 1588532. A copy of the original purchase receipt, which itemises the four Siemens appliances and proves that the appliances were purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase including the kitchen furniture and from the same retailer must be uploaded as part of the claim.
In order to be eligible for the promotion, consumers must purchase one of the following Siemens Home
Connect ovens: HB656GBS6B, HB676GBS6B, HB678GBS6B, HB878GBB6B, HM656GNS6B,
HM678G4S6B, HN878G4B6B, HR676GBS6B, HR678GES6B, HS658GES6B, HS858GXB6B and three other
Siemens built-in appliances (excluding warming drawers and accessories).
